Although I have a home office and an office at Hammond, my trunk is filled to the brim (because I use my car as a mobile office)! Like any good agent, I have the following items in my trunk:
1. A carbon dioxide detector - I do not like to fail the smoke inspections that my sellers are required to pass to sell their homes. I have found having a few extra CO detectors in my car can avoid a crisis
2. A measuring tape

4. Booties
5. Nest Diffusers - Animal smells are not ideal for selling a home
6. Blue Sticky tape
7. Ice Melt
8. For sale signs
